Team settings

The Settings tab holds your team sell profile, practice defaults, and the team name. It is only visible to the team owner.

The team sell profile

The sell profile is the most important thing on this page: what your company sells and who it sells to. Every member's practice buyer is generated from it, so it is what makes practice calls sound like your deals instead of generic ones.

Until the sell profile is set, practice calls are locked for the whole team. Set it up before inviting reps if you can.

There are two ways to build it:

  1. From your website (recommended). Enter your company website and click Analyse my company. We read your site and pre-fill what you sell, who you sell it to, and the objections you likely hear. You review everything before it is saved — nothing goes live unread.
  2. Manually. Prefer to type it yourself, or your site does not say much? Fill in the same form by hand.

Either way, you end up reviewing the same fields: company name, industry, a one-liner, a product summary, your typical customer, price point, value propositions, competitors, and common objections. The objections field is worth extra care — those are exactly what your reps will hear on calls.

There is one sell profile per team. To change it, click Replace the team sell profile, and new practice calls will use the updated version.

Practice settings

  • Leaderboard — rank reps by average score on the team dashboard. It stays hidden until you have at least 3 active reps.
  • Practice nudge emails — a gentle weekly email to reps who have not practised.
  • Weekly call target — set an expectation of 1 to 3 calls per week. It is a soft target shown to reps; nobody gets locked out for missing it.
  • Credit sharing — by default any rep can use any call in the shared pool. Switch to a cap (2, 4, 6, or 8 calls per rep per billing cycle) if you want to stop one enthusiastic rep from draining the pool.

Team name

Rename your team at the bottom of the page (up to 120 characters). The name appears on invites and across the team area.
