Invite your team

Once your team is set up and subscribed, invite your reps from the Members page. Only the team owner can send invites.

Two ways to invite

Email invites. Enter a rep's email address and we send them an invite naming you and your team, with a join button. Email invites are personal: each one works once and expires after 7 days.

A shareable invite link. Generate a link you can drop in your team chat or onboarding doc. Anyone with the link can join, and it keeps working until you rotate it. Rotating creates a fresh link and immediately invalidates the old one — useful if a link has been floating around longer than you'd like.

What your rep experiences

1. They open the invite (from the email or your shared link) and see who invited them and which team they're joining.
2. The join page shows them, up front, what you as the owner will be able to see about their practice — scores, strengths, and coaching feedback, but never their recordings or transcripts.
3. They create an account right there — with a password or via Google or Microsoft — or sign in if they already have one.
4. They land in the product ready to practice, and get a short welcome email pointing them at their first call.

Each rep who joins takes up a seat and adds four practice calls to your team's monthly pool.

Tracking and managing invites

The Members page shows your pending invites alongside your current members, so you can see at a glance who hasn't accepted yet. From there you can:

• Re-invite someone. Send a new email invite to the same address — it replaces the earlier one automatically.
• Revoke an invite. Cancel a pending invite so its link stops working.
