Export your team's data

If your coaching reviews live in a spreadsheet, you do not have to copy numbers off the dashboard by hand. You can download your team's practice stats as a CSV any time.

Download the export

1. Open the team dashboard.
2. Click Download CSV, just above the member table.

Your browser downloads a file named team-progress with today's date. Only the team owner can export — managers see the dashboard for their pod, but the export is owner-only.

What is in the file

One row per member, with these columns:

• name, email — who the row is about
• role — owner, manager, or rep
• status — active or deactivated
• joined — the date they joined the team
• calls_this_cycle — practice calls in the current billing cycle
• calls_total — practice calls all-time
• avg_score — their average call score
• latest_score — the score of their most recent call
• trend — whether their scores are heading up or down
• last_active — the date of their most recent practice

Deactivated members are included, so history does not vanish from your records when someone leaves.

What teams use it for

• QBRs and leadership updates — drop the numbers into your existing deck or sheet instead of screenshotting the dashboard.
• Coaching one-to-ones — pull a rep's row before a review to anchor the conversation in their trend, then open their reports for the detail.
• Your own records — export monthly and keep a running history of team practice, including reps who have since left.

The export always reflects the moment you download it, so grab a fresh copy whenever you need current numbers.
