The team dashboard

The team dashboard is where owners and managers watch practice happen. Owners see the whole team; a pod manager sees only their pod. Reps don't have access — they work from their own practice page and reports.

The top line

Four tiles summarize the current state: active reps, calls this cycle, calls left in the pool, and the team average score.

The rep table

Below that, one row per rep:

  • Calls — this billing cycle and all time.
  • Avg score and Latest — closing scores as colored chips, so you can spot who's close-ready at a glance.
  • Trend — whether their recent scores are heading up, down, or holding flat.
  • Last active — the last day they practiced.

If you've set a weekly call target in team settings, a This week column appears and flags anyone below target. You can also download the table as a CSV — see Export your team's data.

Leaderboard

If you've turned the leaderboard on in settings, active members are ranked by their all-time average closing score. It only appears once at least three active members have scored calls.

Drilling into a report

The Recent reports list shows completed calls — who ran them, the scenario, the date, and the score. Click one to open that rep's coaching report: their score, skill breakdown, strengths, and turn-by-turn feedback. You'll see the coaching; their recordings and transcripts stay private to them. The exact boundary is in Report visibility and privacy.

The weekly digest email

About once a week, team owners get a digest email for their team (in a week where a more urgent alert goes out, like a low-call-pool warning, that alert takes the slot instead). It contains counts and scores only — no names and no report content:

  • Calls completed this week
  • How many reps practiced, out of your active reps
  • The average closing score for the week
  • Calls left in the pool

If nobody practiced, or not every rep got a call in that week, the digest says so and points you back to the dashboard. It's sent while your team is live — an active subscription or usable top-up credits, with at least one active rep. To stop it, unsubscribe from any of our reminder emails (one unsubscribe covers them all) — see Email preferences.

Separately from the digest, owners get an alert email when the call pool runs low. See Seats and practice calls.
