Email preferences

OnlineSalesTraining.co sends two kinds of email: messages about things you did (which we always send), and reminder-style messages (which you can turn off).

Emails you always receive

These confirm actions you or your team took, so there's no opt-out:

  • A welcome email when you confirm your email address or accept a team invite
  • "Your report is ready" notifications after a practice call
  • Purchase receipts for individual packages, and refund confirmations
  • Team invites
  • Billing alerts for team owners, like a failed payment

Reminder emails you can turn off

These are the nudges and summaries:

  • Practice reminders when you haven't run a call in a while
  • Follow-ups after a coaching report
  • For team owners: the weekly team practice digest and low-call-pool alerts

How to unsubscribe

The quickest way while signed in: open your account page (click your name in the top-right corner) and use the Email preferences toggles — one for practice tips and reminders, one for all non-essential email. Changes apply immediately.

You can also unsubscribe without signing in:

  1. Open a practice reminder or report follow-up from us and click its Unsubscribe link.
  2. A confirmation page opens — click the Unsubscribe button.
  3. That's it. No sign-in needed.

Unsubscribing stops all reminder-style email to your address — reminders, follow-ups, digests, and alerts alike, no matter which email you unsubscribed from. Receipts, report notifications, and other emails about things you do in the app keep arriving as normal. If you later change your email address, your preferences move with you automatically.

Unsubscribe links in older emails eventually expire. If a link doesn't work, use one from a more recent email — or reply to any of our emails and we'll take you off the list ourselves.

For team owners: reminders for your reps

If you'd rather your reps didn't get practice reminder emails at all, you can switch them off for the whole team in Settings — no individual unsubscribes needed.

Looking for password emails?

Password reset emails aren't a preference — they're sent whenever a reset is requested for your address. If you need one, see sign-in options for the reset steps.
