Roles and permissions
Every person on your OnlineSalesTraining.co team has one of three roles: owner, pod manager, or member. Here's what each can do.

Owner
The person who creates the team is its owner — there's exactly one, and the role can't be handed to someone else. The owner runs everything: assignments, custom scenarios, members and invites, billing, and team settings including the sell profile. Owners can practice too, and their calls appear on the dashboard like anyone else's.
Pod manager
Pod managers get the team dashboard scoped to their own pod: practice activity, score trends, recent calls, and coaching reports for the reps in their pod. They don't see the management pages — assignments, scenarios, members, billing, and settings stay owner-only.
A pod manager who isn't assigned to a pod sees the whole team's dashboard. Assign them a pod on the Members page to scope what they see.
To set someone up as a pod manager, the owner changes their role on the Members page and assigns them a pod. See Pods and managers for the full walkthrough.
Member
Members — your reps — practice and improve. They run calls, see their own scores and coaching reports on their dashboard, and complete any assignments you give them. They don't see other reps' results or any team management pages.
A note on visibility
Owners and pod managers can see reps' scores, strengths, and coaching feedback — but never their call recordings or transcripts. Reps are shown exactly this before they accept an invite. Details in report visibility and privacy.
