Seats and practice calls

OnlineSalesTraining.co teams pay per seat, and seats fund a shared pool of practice calls. Two numbers explain your whole bill: how many seats you have, and how many calls are left in the pool.

Seats

A seat is an active member of your team. Pricing is 49 per seat per month, or 490 per seat per year (two months free), in your team's currency — USD, GBP, or EUR, fixed when you first subscribe. The minimum is two seats, and self-serve teams can grow to twenty; beyond that, see invoiced billing.

You never manage a seat count directly: it follows your roster. When a rep accepts an invite your seat count goes up; when you deactivate someone it goes down. See Add or remove seats.

The practice call pool

Each seat adds 4 practice calls per month to a single pool shared by the whole team. The pool resets to seats × 4 at the start of each billing cycle — unused subscription calls don't carry over. When a new rep joins mid-cycle, their 4 calls join the pool immediately.

Any team member's call draws from the same pool, so a rep who's ramping can practice more while others practice less.

Top-up packs

If the pool runs dry before the cycle resets, the owner can buy a top-up pack from Billing: 10 calls for 119, 25 for 249, or 60 for 499, in your team's currency. Top-up calls never expire and are used only after your monthly subscription calls. The billing page shows both pools and your recent credits.

Running low, and running out

  • Low: when the pool drops below one call per active rep, the owner gets an email alert — once per billing cycle — suggesting a top-up.
  • Out: at zero, reps see "your team is out of practice calls" on the practice page and can't start a call. The owner sees a link to add a top-up pack; everything resumes the moment calls are back in the pool, and the subscription pool refills at the next cycle regardless.

Reps are never asked to pay anything themselves — all billing runs through the team owner.
