How practice calls work

Here's what actually happens when one of your reps runs a practice call — and what you see afterward.

The rep's side

  1. Set up the call. On the practice page, your rep sees they're selling as your team, using the sell profile you configured in Settings. They pick a scenario — a cold call, a skeptical buyer, price pushback, or one of your custom scenarios — and a difficulty: easy, realistic, or hard.
  2. Meet the buyer. We build a fresh AI buyer from your sell profile and the scenario. Your rep doesn't know who's picking up until they pick up — just like a real dial.
  3. Work the call. The buyer speaks first, out loud. Your rep answers over their microphone, the buyer responds to what was actually said, and the conversation goes back and forth turn by turn. Objections, hesitation, and pushback are all in play.
  4. Wrap up. The call ends when the conversation reaches a natural close or the exchange limit. Then the analysis runs: every response is transcribed and scored, and a coaching report is generated.

The report gives the rep an overall closing score, a score and feedback for each response, and concrete suggestions for what to say differently. Reps can revisit their past calls and reports anytime from their dashboard.

Each call uses one practice call from your team's shared monthly pool.

What you and your managers see

Completed calls flow into your team dashboard: who practiced, which scenarios they ran, and how their scores are trending. You can open a rep's coaching reports to see their scores, strengths, and the feedback they received. See the team dashboard for a full tour.

You see reports — not recordings. A rep's audio and transcripts stay private to them, and reps are told this before they join. The details are in report visibility and privacy.
