Report visibility and privacy

Practice only works when reps can fail safely. So the boundary is simple, and it's the same one every rep is shown before they join:

Your team's owner can see your practice reports — scores, strengths and coaching feedback. Your call recordings and transcripts are never visible to them.

This disclosure appears in the invite email and on the join page, and accepting it is part of joining a team.

What owners and managers can see

The team owner — and a pod manager, for reps in their pod — can open a rep's coaching report from the team dashboard. That view contains:

  • The overall closing score and its band
  • The performance band verdict and a summary line
  • The eight skill scores
  • Turn-by-turn scores: each turn's score and its band headline

They also see practice activity: who ran calls, when, which scenarios (on the dashboard's recent-reports list), and score averages and trends. The CSV export carries activity counts and scores only — no scenario detail — and the weekly digest carries counts and scores only.

What owners and managers can never see

  • Recordings. A rep's call audio is not available to anyone else.
  • Transcripts. What the rep actually said, word for word, stays private to the rep — the manager view contains coaching about the answers, never the answers themselves.
  • The conversation itself. The buyer's lines and the suggested stronger lines from the rep's own report are not shown.

The camera goes further: if a rep turns it on during a call, the video is a self-view only. It is never recorded and never leaves their browser — not even the rep can play it back.

What reps see

Reps get the full report — transcripts, stronger lines, everything — on their own account, plus the emails about their own calls. They can see this page too; there's nothing here we don't tell them.

This page is the boundary as it actually works — not a summary of it. If you need reps to share what they said on a call, ask them; the product won't do it for you.
