About OnlineSalesTraining.co
What we build
OnlineSalesTraining.co is voice-first online sales training. You describe what you sell and the kind of buyer you face; the app runs a realistic practice call, scores each response, and shows you what to improve before the next real deal.
It is practice only. We do not feed salespeople answers during live customer calls. The point is to build skill and judgement before a buyer is on the line.
Teams get the same practice buyer plus a manager dashboard: per-rep scores, trends and coaching reports, with recordings and transcripts kept private to each rep. Individual reps can buy one-off practice packages without a subscription.
Where the product comes from
The voice-practice engine behind this site was first built for interview rehearsal, where the same problem applies: people walk into high-stakes conversations having never once practised them out loud. In July 2026 we rebuilt the product around sales conversations — discovery, demos, objections, negotiation and closing — because working sellers face that gap every week, not once a career.
The product is independent and self-serve. There is no sales team behind the pricing page; what you see there is what teams pay.
How our sales guides are produced
Our guides are written with AI assistance and reviewed against the same skills the product scores: discovery, objection handling, value framing and moving a deal forward. Examples are teaching scenarios, never fabricated testimonials or claims of customer results.
Every guide shows its last review date. We do not publish invented reviewer names, star ratings or customer quotes anywhere on this site — if a claim cannot be supported, it does not ship.
Our principles
Useful practice should make your own judgement sharper, not give you a script to repeat. Feedback stays grounded in what you said and the sales context you supplied.
Privacy is a feature: raw voice recordings are temporary by default and sensitive call-practice content is never sent to product analytics.
Honest selling is the only kind we train. The practice buyer challenges exaggeration rather than rewarding it, and nothing in the product coaches pressure tactics or misleading claims.
