What we collect

To create sales practice calls we process the product and buyer context you provide, your spoken responses, transcripts, scores and coaching feedback. We also collect your email address and account details when you sign up. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Raw voice recordings are temporary by default and deleted after transcription. Your saved playbook, scores and readiness reports remain available inside your account so you can keep practising.

Your practice is private. Nothing you upload, say or save is shared publicly or used as advertising content.

Who processes data on our behalf

We use a small set of sub-processors to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication, EU hosting), Stripe (payments), PostHog (product analytics, EU hosting), Sentry (error monitoring) and Cloudflare Turnstile (sign-in protection). Analytics never receives your product brief, recordings, transcripts or spoken responses.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything associated with it at any time. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to correct inaccurate data and to object to processing.
