What does a team seat include?
Each seat is £49 per month (or £490 per year, two months free) and adds 4 practice calls to a pool the whole team shares. Every call comes with a scored coaching report, and managers see scores and trends on the team dashboard.
What happens if the team uses up its pooled calls?
Top-up packs add extra calls to the pool whenever you need them, and they never expire. Unused subscription calls reset at the start of each billing cycle; top-up calls carry over.
Is there a free trial or a guarantee?
There is no card required until checkout, and your first team invoice carries a 14-day money-back guarantee while your team has started at most one call. Individual packages are one-off purchases with the refund terms shown at checkout.
Can I pay in USD or EUR, and what about tax details?
Checkout charges in your local currency (GBP, USD or EUR), and the seat price uses the same numeral across currencies — the amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay. If your company needs its tax details on invoices, add them in the billing portal and they appear on every invoice and receipt.
What does invoiced billing for larger teams look like?
